Shipping policy

All WiiN Studio products are carefully produced, prepared, and packed from our studio.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Custom Photo Tiles and MemoryTiles:

• 4x4 and 6x6 sizes generally require 3 to 5 business days for production.
• 14x10 sizes generally require 5 to 7 business days for production.

Other custom, laser-crafted, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on product complexity and order volume.

SHIPPING TIMES

After production is completed, orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by WiiN Studio.

DELAYS

WiiN Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned because of incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment has been processed.
