How long does an order take?

Ready to Ship pieces are already made and ship right away. Made to Order dice towers ship within 3 business days. 4x4 and 6x6 tiles take 3 to 5 business days, and 10x14 tiles take 5 to 7 business days. Shipping time is extra.

What colors do the dice towers come in?

Ten colors: Red Gold, Black Purple, Red Blue, Blue Black, Black Gold, Black Green, Black Red, Pink Blue, Dreamy Blue Green and Pink Gold. The colors shift with the light and viewing angle, so exact color placement varies from piece to piece.

Do dice come with the towers?

No. Dice are not included unless a listing says so.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but every piece is made individually, so color placement and small details vary a little.

Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?

We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, with USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail options.

How do I order a custom tile?

Upload your photo on the product page before adding the tile to your cart. Clear, bright, high-quality photos work best. You can add a short name or text (up to 12 characters) in the optional text box.

Do I need permission to use my photo?

Yes. You need to own the photo or have permission to use it. We can't recreate copyrighted characters, logos or other people's artwork without proof of permission.

What is your return policy?

Ready to Ship dice towers can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're undamaged and in original condition. Please email yas@wiinstudio.com before sending anything back. The buyer pays return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the tower price. Made to Order items and custom or personalized pieces, including photo tiles, are final sale and can't be returned. See our full Refund Policy for details.
