Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with WiiN Studio. Because we sell both ready-to-ship pieces and custom made-to-order items, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom Photo Tiles / MemoryTiles, personalized keepsakes, custom laser work, custom engraved items, and any product made with a customer-submitted photo, name, text, logo, artwork, or special request are custom items.

Custom and personalized items are final sale once production has started. These items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for the customer.

Orders for custom items may be cancelled only before production begins. Production may include photo review, image preparation, layout work, test engraving or printing, material preparation, engraving, printing, finishing, quality check, or packing.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at yas@wiinstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. Do not discard packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Photo and Artwork Quality

For custom items, the final result depends on the quality, lighting, contrast, and resolution of the image provided. Blurry, dark, cropped, low-resolution, or screenshot images may produce reduced detail. If a submitted image is not usable, we may contact the customer for a replacement image or clarification.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items after production has started

Items made from customer-submitted photos, artwork, logos, names, text, or special requests

Items damaged by misuse, heat exposure, improper handling, or normal wear

Gift cards, digital items, or final sale items, if offered

How to Request Help

To request help with an order, email yas@wiinstudio.com with your order number, a short explanation, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
