WiiN Studio creates and sells custom, personalized, laser-crafted, and 3D-printed products, including photo tiles, keepsakes, home décor, engraved products, branded merchandise, prototypes, and small-batch items.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the WiiN Studio name, branding, website content, original photographs, product descriptions, graphics, layouts, production files, mockups, and original designs displayed through this store are owned by or licensed to WiiN Studio LLC.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from WiiN Studio LLC.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property belonging to customers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of third-party content does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, ownership, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, text, names, designs, or other materials to WiiN Studio, the customer confirms that they own the submitted content or have all necessary permission and authority to use it.

The customer grants WiiN Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, crop, enhance, adapt, format, display, photograph, publish, and use the submitted content, finished product, and resulting product images as reasonably necessary to:

Review and fulfill the order
Prepare production files
Create mockups and proofs
Manufacture the requested product
Display completed work in the WiiN Studio portfolio
Publish content on the WiiN Studio website
Share work through social-media accounts
Use completed work in advertisements, product listings, promotional materials, and other commercial marketing

WiiN Studio may create and retain original layouts, production files, engraving files, mockups, photographs, graphics, and design elements developed during the production process. WiiN Studio retains ownership of its original creative contributions, subject to any rights that remain in the customer’s original submitted content.

Customers who do not want their submitted content or completed product displayed publicly must notify WiiN Studio in writing before production begins.

WiiN Studio will make reasonable efforts to honor privacy requests, particularly for memorial products, private family photographs, sensitive personal content, and images involving minors.

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from identifiable individuals shown in submitted content, including permission from a parent or legal guardian when a minor is depicted.
